Wings Symbolize Freedom. Cissnei is a Turk. I'm sure more information is given about her in Before Crisis, but the only things we know about her in Crisis Core is that: Cissnei is not her real name and that she was raised by Shinra. Cissnei is a true friend to Zack and ignores orders to capture him, instead aiding and abetting him. She is the one who finds Zack and Cloud after they escape Nibelheim. Not only does she report that she has found nothing, she gives Zack the means to make a getaway in style-- keys to a new model Shinra bike. When she meets him again in Gongaga, she tells Zack his parents are worried about him. And allows him to escape. Before he leaves, Zack asks Cissnei to watch over his parents, to which she agrees.

Perspective.It is during the Genesis clone attack at Midgar that Cissnei and Zack first meet. It is Cissnei who tells Zack that Wings aren't he symbol of a monser. But a symbol of freedom for those who aren't free. When Zack had seen Genesis single Black wing in Banora, he thought Genesis was monster, Cissnei's words change his mind. When he sees Angeal's wing, he agree that it is the sign of an angel.

Is it Love? Cissnei seems to be a tad smitten with Zack. What woman wouldn't. For more, head over to the pairings section.
